Seven Knob Candles
Seven knot (or knob) candles are a very traditional candle shape used to make a wish or work toward your goal.
Anoint the candle with the appropriate oil. You may write your wish on a piece of paper and place below the candle. Burn a knot or knob a day for seven days.
